Job Summary
This is a hands-on content production role with a strong emphasis on video creation, editing and event content. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and producing content across Customer Success and Marketing, turning real customer stories, events and product moments into clear, engaging assets across multiple channels.

About Travtus
Travtus is transforming the Housing Industry with our Everyday (AI)™ platform. We bring intelligence and automation together in one place so teams can move faster and work smarter. By delivering everyday AI decisions and workflows across the systems operators already use daily, our platform improves efficiency while enhancing the resident experience.
About the Role
Travtus is looking for a proactive, creative Content Producer who enjoys being close to the action. This role is ideal for someone who likes to make things, not just plan them, filming, editing, coordinating events, and quickly turning activity into usable marketing and customer success content.
A core part of this role is deep product immersion. You’ll spend time with our product, tech and marketing teams to understand how Travtus works in practice, then translate that understanding into clear training videos and educational content. You’ll also work directly with customers to generate user stories that can be reused across all our channels.
You’ll work as part of the Marketing team, closely aligned with Customer Success, ensuring content is practical, authentic and rooted in real customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Content Production
Produce and edit short-form video content for customer education and prospect marketing, including product walkthroughs, training videos, explainers and short-form social clips to be disseminated via our platform, LinkedIn, email campaigns and any other relevant channels.
Capture customer quotes, soundbites and stories (video and written) that demonstrate how the platform is used and adapt these stories for training, marketing and sales enablement
Create customer-facing collaterals, including decks, newsletters, training guides and case studies
Translate product functionality and solutions into simple, engaging training assets, stories and narratives.
Events & Advocacy
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of customer-facing events, webinars and roundtables
Identify and nurture customer advocates and success stories
Distribution & Performance
Manage content scheduling and posting across relevant channels, primarily the platform, LinkedIn and email
Support email campaigns, including content assembly, execution and performance tracking
Monitor and report on content and campaign effectiveness
Use performance insights to improve future content formats and messaging
Requirements
You should have strong software and digital skills, alongside the ability to understand a customer’s perspective — their business context, challenges and motivations — and translate that into empathetic, effective content.
Must-have experience
Video editing or design skills (e.g. short-form video, simple edits, captions, visual assets)
B2B marketing experience
Strong instinct for what makes content engaging, clear and useful to its audience
Event coordination experience (webinars, customer events, roundtables or similar)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work hands-on and independently in a fast-paced startup environment (20–25 people)
Confidence collaborating closely within a small team (2–3 people)
You should have a portfolio showcasing video, design or content you’ve personally produced, particularly short-form or campaign-driven work.
Nice-to-have experience
Experience using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Technology or Property sector experience
Experience supporting or marketing to US-based customers
